The tortes are iced and filled with whip cream and also filled with fresh fruit. Torte batters include
fresh strawberry, black forest, lemon mist, chocolate moose, cassata and rum.

The base price for our name cakes are 25.00 per letter. This includes 7 layer, marble, chocolate,yellow and banana.
For carrot, fresh strawberry, chocolate moose, rum custard, black forest, lemon mist, the price is 30.00
per letter.
We also supply lighting candle packages.
These prices include delivery within a reasonable distance.
STRAWBERRY TREES_______________________
The strawberry trees are approx. 12" round and 14" high. There are between 6 and 7 dozen strawberries on a tree. Price
in season 45.00
YULE LOGS________________________________
Yule logs are sponge cake filled with chocolate rum icing then rolled. They are finished with a combination of white
and chocolate whip cream. They are about 4 inches round and 13 inches long. They will serve about 13. Price

CROQUEMBOUCHE_____________________________
The croquembouche has 72 puffs which are about 2" in diameter.They are filled with pastry cream. They are 12"
in diameter and 16" high. Price 50.00
7-LAYER BARS_____________________________
The 7-layer bars are 4" wide and 16" long and 4" high. They are filled with
chocolate rum icing and poured with chocolate ganache. They serve 16 to 21. Pice is 18.00

WEDDING CAKES__________________________
Yellow, chocolate and marble start at 1.50 per person.
7-Layer, banana nut, carrot, cherry nut, german chocolate and torte style wedding cakes start at 2.00
per person.
Cupcake wedding cakes vary in price from 1.00 to 2.00 each depending on the cupcakes.
The prices will vary depending on the complexity of the decorations.
